The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods is a fully accredited 119-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. We are located on the 53+ acre campus of The Fountains in a beautiful residential Sarasota neighborhood. Health Park, Sarasota Memorial and Doctors hospitals are all a short drive away.
We’ve been caring for people in the Sarasota area since 1986, providing top-quality, personalized rehabilitation, nursing, and long-term care in a warm, upscale, homelike setting.
